Your address has its own page.
What sold in your street, and at what price, actually. Where your commune sits. Your parcel seen from above. And, if you wish, a word from Rousseau 5 the day a neighbour sells.

Notify me when a neighbour sells.
Each week, Rousseau 5 reads the sales published by the register. When one of them concerns your street, you receive a line: the address, the price, and what it says about your property. Nothing else, ever, and you can withdraw with one click.
Where these figures come from
Every sale concluded in the canton of Geneva is published in the land register with its price, its parcel and its address. Rousseau 5 tracks these publications each week across the Left Bank and the lake-facing districts of the city, geolocates them to the parcel, and compares them against the official figures of the Office cantonal de la statistique. Your page shows the sales closest to your address, within a radius of 800 metres, nearest first.
No name appears: neither seller nor buyer. No valuation of your property is shown here: that requires questions, and the site’s estimator asks them. This page tells you what the market has done around you; what it would do for you is a matter for discussion.
Frequently asked questions
Where do the sales shown in my street come from?
From the land register of the canton of Geneva, which publishes every sale with its price, its parcel and its address. Rousseau 5 reads these publications each week and geolocates them to the parcel. No names are reproduced.
Is my address recorded when I view my page?
No. The address is resolved into coordinates by the official Swiss directory within your browser; only these coordinates query our sales, and nothing is logged. Your address is only retained if you activate the watch, together with your email.
What do you receive with my street watch?
An email in the weeks when the register publishes a sale near your address: the address of the sale, the price, and what it says about your property. Nothing in other weeks, and an unsubscribe link with every email.
Why doesn’t the page give the value of my property?
Because a valuation requires questions that your address does not answer: surface, condition, floor, view, works. Rousseau 5’s estimator asks them and replies within 48 hours with a broker; this page first tells you what the market has done around you.
